I think I’m going to delay my finale post before the hiatus for just a little while.
Honestly, that is mainly because I want some more time to think about it and I have to be up in 7 hours. Can’t really justify hanging around writing for much longer. It shouldn’t matter too much, I’ll get it done soon enough.

Man, it is so hot. April is not meant to be like this.
Just a month ago we were turning up the heating, complaining about snow and stuff. Now it is the height of Summer and I have my fan on once again.
Spent a long time today slowly working through chapters of the book I need to read for my lecture on Monday. I have a lot of it down, but it is a bit of a drag. Tomorrow I shall be doing some prep for my Child Law tutorial instead, so that should hopefully be a little bit more interesting. Even if I have to look through a ton of case law, which will probably take a while.
Plus, I have to get up at 5 AM on Monday, which is going to be physically painful. Not particularly looking forward to that.

Well. It has been a little while, eh?
As anyone might have noticed by now, my posting as of late has been getting pretty infrequent. It might come as no surprise that I will probably put this blog on hiatus once I hit 1000 days of posting. Just been directionless for a long time, and it turns into a chore rather than an interesting place to write after a while.
I think I will probably continue posting things at some point, though I would like to have a bit more focus in my posts. Back when I started posting daily, I managed to have interesting things to talk about fairly frequently, but that wanes after a while and you are left with the sorry state that things are in right now. Instead, I would like to focus on topics specifically.
Not only will focusing my posts help me to write them with enthusiasm, it will also help organisation. As things are now, I have almost 1000 posts that no one would trawl through just to find any nuggets of interesting content. That is fine and all, since this was meant to be a blog mainly for my own self-interest, but if I actually want to post something I find interesting, it would be nice to give it a chance to possibly be seen.
Still, my 1000th post is coming up. I will endeavour to give it a bit of gusto, given that it is a rather big deal. Give some thought to what I write. Sucks that it is also the day before I go back to uni for the final four weeks of my course, but it is what it is. I’ll just have to build up some enthusiasm.
Until that point, though, I will sign off and go to bed. I’m not getting any younger, after all!
